Armed conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces has devastated Sudan.

The World Food Programme (WFP) has warned that Sudan could soon face the worst hunger crisis in recent history if aid does not reach those in need.

More than 11.5 million people have been displaced. Half of the entire country is facing a food crisis, and three quarters of a million people are facing catastrophic hunger and need help now.
